⛳Cancellation Policy

⛳(24 Hour Cancellation Policy. No Shows and Incomplete Groups will be charged.)
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this either in person, online or over the phone by calling (508) 835-2264. 
If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder will be charged the greens fee for each “No Show” in your group. 


⛳Pairing Groups Up

At Wachusett, all groups will be paired up whenever possible and at our discretion. Twosomes should expect to be paired up with another twosome, and singles will be paired up with either a twosome or threesome. We have this policy due to a high demand and limited availability of tee times.  This also allows for more efficient regulation of pace of play and promotes a positive experience for all players at Wachusett.

⛳No Alcohol & No Coolers
Massachusetts Liquor Laws prohibit golfers from bringing their own alcoholic beverages onto the property. Any infractions in this law will result in Wachusett Country Club removing all players involved in the incident from the course without refund. Thank you for your assistance in this matter as we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. 

⛳Golf Cart & Visage GPS units

Visage GPS units have recently been installed on our fleet of Golf Carts at Wachusett.  Apart from providing measurements to the front, middle and back of greens along with distances to some fairway bunkers, the GPS also permits direction and speed of cart travel for both safety and course protection.  It also allows cart monitoring in the case of any emergency and pace of play. No Go Zones have been implemented around the course as well as speed reduction in high traffic areas around the Clubhouse. Please follow the instructions on the GPS screen if your cart is restricted from continuing on. You agree to pay for any damage to the cart/gps or both and authorize us to charge your credit card for the same.
